Overview

Unit dedicated to straightening aluminium body panels: it welds M4, M5 and M6 studs to pull out dips and dents on doors and bonnets, with no stripping. The 120,000 µF capacitor discharge makes the weld in 3 milliseconds. The torch switches from automatic mode (welds on contact with the panel) to manual mode (press the button), and the voltage is adjustable from 60 to 90 V. The all-copper transformer and double-shielded torch ensure the stud is firmly attached.
