Overview

Station dedicated to straightening aluminium body panels: it welds M4, M5 and M6 studs by capacitor discharge (120,000 µF) to pull out dents and dings on doors, bonnets or wings, without stripping the paint. The weld is made in 3 ms. The torch works automatically on contact with the panel or manually from the trigger, and the voltage is adjustable from 60 to 90 V. Supplied on a compact or upright trolley, with pulling bridge, heat gun and consumables.
